Meeting Room

  • The library meeting room is a great place to hold your meetings, parties, or events – contact library staff at 462-1731 to check on the availability of the meeting room.
  • Rent for the meeting room is $35.00 for use by family gatherings, class reunions, religious and political groups, or gatherings for the financial benefit of individuals or groups. It is available without charge for meetings or programs of a civic, cultural, service, or educational in nature.
  • A refundable $25.00 damage deposit must be paid by all groups in order to secure a reservation.
  • The capacity of the meeting room is 70 people audience-style. The Library has 12 tables which seat 6-8 people at each table.
  • A kitchenette is available with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pots, sink, and small serving counter.
  • A portable whiteboard with eraser/markers, podium, screen, projector, sound system, and vacuum are available.
  • Wireless internet access is available; no password is required.
  • Contact the staff prior to your meeting if you will need to use a library laptop.
  • If you will be using audio visuals, it is recommended to test them out prior to your meeting date and/or arrive early to ensure they will work properly.
