Rent for the meeting room is $50.00 for use by private individuals or groups (family gatherings, class reunions, religious and political groups). It is available at no charge for meetings or programs that are civic, cultural, or educational in nature.
A signed copy of the Meeting Room Rental Agreement must be returned with payment (by check or cash) to secure reservations.
The capacity of the meeting room is 60 people audience-style. The Library has 12 tables which seat 6-8 people at each table.
A kitchenette is available with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pots, sink, and small serving counter.
A portable whiteboard with eraser/markers, podium, screen, projector, sound system, and vacuum are available.
Wireless internet access is available; no password is required.
Contact the staff prior to your meeting if you will need to use a library laptop.
If you will be using audio-visuals, it is recommended to test them out prior to your meeting date and/or arrive early to ensure they will work properly.
